Piedmont Dental’s Wellness Plan is a 12-month program that offers patients huge savings on their routine and preventative care, as well as a 15% discount on all restorative treatments and additional x-rays.  We know not everyone has insurance, and this plan was created to help ease the financial burden and to encourage people to seek the care they need!

What’s Included?

• • • • • • • 2-3 Dental Cleanings, depending on plan type
            • 2 Exams
            • 1 Set of Bitewing X-rays
            • 2 Fluoride Treatments (as recommended)
            • 15% off all other services (NO annual maximum)

There is NO PAPERWORK to complete at the time of enrollment or for your treatment.  Just pay the discounted amount at the beginning of your 12-month period and schedule your preventative visits.  It’s that EASY!  Please note, our plan is designed only for Piedmont Dental and is not dental insurance.
